Peter Walls - Artist Each and every project has its own life. How it begins though is very similar for each project, whether it be a piece of painted furniture or a large scale historic renovation. An initial meeting allows the client to view a number of portfolios and for Peter to get an understanding of the clients needs and expectations. Sometimes this involves going over blueprints, walking a potential project space, or just enjoying an initial talk. All elements of the project are discussed and this allows Peter to secure some thoughts for sketches or samples. Next, a bid will be presented to the client and if agreed upon a deposit allows for the making of samples and sketches. This deposit also allows the client to be penciled into the work calendar. Usually one or more of these samples come close to what the client desires. A second round of samples then is made to fine tune the samples and a final date is set for the start and finish of the project. It is a fairly painless process as you work to bring a new creative energy to your space.
